3. لماذا نستخدمها والأساس القانوني
- للاتصال بك بشأن طلبك وتقييم ملاءمته: تنفيذ خطوات ما قبل التعاقد بناءً على طلبك.
- لتقديم الخدمة بعد الشراء: تنفيذ العقد.
- لقياس أداء إعلاناتنا وتحسين صفحاتنا: مصلحة مشروعة، وبموافقتك حيث تتطلّب ملفات التتبّع ذلك.
- للالتزامات المحاسبية والقانونية: التزام قانوني.
4. من يعالج بياناتك نيابة عنّا
نستعين بمزوّدي خدمة يعالجون البيانات بتعليماتنا فقط، ومنهم: Google (Analytics وAds)، Meta (قياس الإعلانات)، Vercel (الاستضافة)، Supabase (قاعدة بيانات الطلبات)، ومزوّدو البريد ورسائل الدعم. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراضهم التسويقية.
5. النقل خارج المملكة المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي
بعض هؤلاء المزوّدين يقع خارج المملكة المتحدة والمنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية. يجري هذا النقل استنادًا إلى قرارات كفاية أو إلى البنود التعاقدية القياسية المعتمدة.
6. ملفات تعريف الارتباط
نستخدم ملفات ضرورية لتشغيل الموقع، وملفات قياس وإعلانات من Google وMeta. يمكنك رفض غير الضرورية منها من إعدادات متصفّحك أو من لوحة الموافقة إن ظهرت لك. رفضها لا يمنعك من استخدام الموقع.
7. مدّة الاحتفاظ
- طلبات غير مكتملة أو غير مؤهّلة: حتى 24 شهرًا ثم تُحذف.
- بيانات العملاء: طوال مدّة الاشتراك، ثم 6 سنوات للالتزامات المحاسبية.
- بيانات التحليلات: حسب مدّة الاحتفاظ المضبوطة في أدوات القياس.
8. حقوقك
لك الحقّ في الاطلاع على بياناتك، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، وتقييد معالجتها، والاعتراض عليها، ونقلها، وسحب موافقتك متى شئت. لممارسة أي منها راسلنا على support@ecomvestors.com ونردّ خلال 30 يومًا. إن لم تقتنع بردّنا، يحقّ لك تقديم شكوى إلى مكتب مفوّض المعلومات البريطاني (ICO, ico.org.uk) أو إلى الجهة الرقابية في بلدك.
9. الأطفال
الموقع والخدمة غير موجّهين لمن هم دون 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

آخر تحديث: 7 سبتمبر 2026. ننشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخه.

3. Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To contact you about your application and assess fit: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- To deliver the service after purchase: performance of the contract.
- To measure our advertising and improve our pages: legitimate interests, and consent where tracking cookies require it.
- For accounting and legal obligations: legal obligation.
4. Who processes your data for us
We use service providers who process data only on our instructions, including: Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta (ad measurement), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (application database), and our email and support messaging providers. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Transfers outside the UK and EU
Some of these providers are located outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Such transfers are made under adequacy decisions or approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Cookies
We use cookies necessary to run the site, plus measurement and advertising cookies from Google and Meta. You can refuse the non-essential ones through your browser settings or the consent panel where shown. Refusing them does not prevent you using the site.
7. Retention
- Incomplete or unqualified applications: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Customer data: for the life of the engagement, then 6 years for accounting obligations.
- Analytics data: per the retention period configured in the measurement tools.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, port it, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@ecomvestors.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, ico.org.uk) or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
9. Children
This site and service are not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Updates to this policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026. Any change is published on this page with its date.
