You have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund, provided you have not consumed a substantial part of the program. The full conditions are set out below, in plain language and with no hidden clauses.

1. The refund window

The fourteen (14) calendar day period starts at the moment payment completes, not at the moment you first log in. Requests received after that period ends are not eligible under this policy.

2. Eligibility conditions

A refund request is accepted where all of the following are true at the time your request reaches us:

• Fewer than 14 calendar days have passed since purchase.
• You have consumed no more than 20% of the recorded program content, measured by the viewing log inside the platform.
• No one-to-one or group coaching session has taken place.
• We have not yet delivered custom product research, supplier data or other bespoke files to you.

These conditions exist for one reason: research and one-to-one sessions are work performed specifically for you, and cannot be returned once delivered.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@ecomvestors.com with the subject "Refund request", including:

• Your full name and the email address used at purchase
• Purchase date and plan
• Your reason (optional, but it helps us improve)

We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and give you a decision within 5 business days.

4. Processing time

Once approved, we issue the refund within 14 days to the original payment method. It may take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider, which is outside our control.

5. What is not refundable

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Accounts that have passed 20% of the content, started one-to-one coaching, or received custom research.
• Any money you spent with third parties: advertising, inventory, shipping, platform fees, company formation, external tools. That money never reached us and we cannot return it.
• Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, such as sharing or reselling content, or abuse of staff.

6. Instalments and payment plans

If you bought on an instalment plan and cancel within the 14-day window while meeting the conditions, we refund what you have paid and cancel the remaining instalments. After the window closes, the remaining instalments remain due. You may ask us to stop any recurring subscription renewal at any time.

7. Your statutory consumer rights

The company is registered in the United Kingdom. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, a consumer normally has a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. Where you request immediate access and consent to it, that statutory right is lost once download or streaming begins. We nevertheless grant you voluntarily the 14-day policy set out above, which is wider than what the law requires of us in that situation. Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory right granted to you by the law of your own country.

8. Before you open a bank dispute

Contact us first. Most cases are resolved within days. Opening a chargeback without contacting us results in immediate suspension of account access while the dispute is decided.
